CPA, CMA, Managing Member

Marie Grasmeier is a Certified Public Accountant and managing member of RealinFlorida.com. Marie has been licensed as a CPA in Florida since 2001.

Marie is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA). She is also a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) licensed through the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA). She has also earned the designation of Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) by the AICPA.

In 1999, Marie earned a B.S. degree in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University, magna cum laude, and a M.S. degree in Accounting and Tax from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2000. She is a member of Phi Kappa Phi and Phi Eta Sigma. ”

Marie is currently Board Chair for the American Red Cross Florida’s Southern Gulf Coast Region serving Lee, Collier, Hendry and Glades counties. She is Immediate Past President of the Small Business Resource Network SW Florida Chapter Steering Committee and serves as Treasurer for two not-for-profit organizations.

Off the clock, Marie enjoys running Marathons (most recently in Chicago and has qualified for Boston in the past), traveling and spending time with her daughter and husband of over 20 years.
